Our Micro-Injection Molding Service can be widely applied in various industries, such as healthcare, electronics, communication, etc. Micro-injection molding is a process used to manufacture small plastic components with shot weights ranging from 1 to 0.1 grams and tolerances in the range of 10 to 100 microns. It is a method of shaping and forming thermoplastics to create products, pieces, and components that are often less than a gram in weight and just a few millimeters in diameter or size.
